Getting the most out of your NDIS supports is important, especially at a time when NDIS plans must be rationed, and support services carefully chosen to ensure you are getting the full benefit.

Right at Home’s mission is to ‘Improve the Quality of Life for Those we Serve’ and we do this with the RightApproach, the RightPeople, and the RightServices.

Our approach is to ensure that participants are listened to, their goals are built into the care approach or care plan and the care and support is delivered by trained, screened, and insured support workers who are employed (not subcontractors) and who are supervised by our wonderful care management team.

The care and support Right at Home delivers is frequently reviewed and altered, to improve outcomes as needed.

Our disability support is flexible and personalised around each participant’s individual needs.

When it comes to finding a support worker for you or someone you love, matching the correct support worker to your loved one’s goals and needs is vitally important in trying to ensure they live life to the fullest.

Our support workers are truly exceptional because they provide support and care with compassion, understanding, and patience which provides peace of mind for you or your family.

We try our best to meet support work preferences and at preferred times.

The services we offer to our participants include companionship, social support, meal preparation, domestic assistance, transportation, personal cares, medication management and skilled nursing.

You have the option to choose a support worker according to their skill level and qualification.

General support assistance is often perfect for domestic tasks such as meal preparation, whereas registered and experienced nurses will be more suitable for care like medication administration, IV related therapies and administration, Insulin injections, wound care, dressing changes, catheter care and Tube feeding.
