Zarraffa’s looks to give brand a new spark

Logan home-grown coffee brand Zarraffa’s is launching a new product to its 70 stores Australia-wide.

Cookies and Cream Fusion is, according to its public relations material, a summer drink, “creamy, crumbly twist on Zarraffa’s beloved White Chocolate Fusion”.

It’s a blend of espresso, white chocolate, smashed cookies and a crown of cookies and cream.

Zarraffa’s is one of Logan’s biggest franchising success stories wtih 70 cafes in Queensland, Western Australia and New South Wales.

Like most businesses, the brand has been impacted heavily by Covid restrictions.

But the new drink has CEO Marnie Sheldon excited.

“The Cookies and Cream Fusion pairs our award-winning Zarraffa’s espresso taste with one of the most beloved flavour mash ups of all time – cookies and cream,” she said.

“Now you can have the best of both worlds with this flavour combo that has been highly requested by our customers for years.”

For those who don’t like coffee, there’s a creme version as well.

In what would seem to be another way to stimulate business at Zarraffa’s cafes, the brand is encouraging customers to buy a loyalty card.

The “Z Card” is $7.50 and those who buy the new drink on their card will get an entry in a draw to win one of four $2000 RedBalloon vouchers.

Cookies and Cream coffee is available for a limited time in-store and via drive-through.
