Logan City council is hosting a person-centered emergency preparedness workshop in a number of locations to help people prepare for disaster situations.
The workshops run for two half-day sessions and are presented by people with a disability for people with a disability as well as their carers, service providers and emergency managers.
Sessions run through October and November in Beenleigh, Kingston, Yarrabilba, Loganlea, Springwood and Hillcrest.
