Where to make your vote count

One of the greatest privileges we have as Australians is the right to choose our governments in fair and peaceful elections.

Voting in Australia is more than a right – it is compulsory for all enrolled citizens.

It’s important to make your vote count – read the instructions carefully to ensure you cast a valid ballot.

Early voting commences on Monday, May 9

REGISTER FOR A POSTAL VOTE  

You can apply for a postal vote if you are unable to get to a polling site. 

A Postal vote will be mailed to your home, enabling you to vote and mail it back.

Applications close May 18, if you wish to lodge a postal vote, apply as soon as you can through https://forms.aec.gov.au/PostalVoteApplication
