What was council thinking when choosing books?

AS a third-year psychology student at university, I agree with Bernard Gaynor on his plight to ban porn books in libraries in Logan, and everywhere else – particularly when these books can make it into the hands of impressionable children.
After many years of studying, I can’t for the life of me figure out why someone would make a decision to stock a book of this variety in a public library.
What were they thinking?
Who exactly in our Logan City Council offices saw this book and signed off on it?
Is this the work of the woke parade?
