A new retail precinct is currently being built on Dixon Circuit.
Stage 1 of the precinct is expected to open within the next few months.
Confirmed tenants include Hungry Jack’s, Guzman y Gomez, Subway and JAX Tyres & Auto.
Stockland senior development manager Andrew Erzetich said this new area at Dixon Circuit would create a new convenience and services hub for Yarrabilba residents.
When construction is complete, the precinct will be home to about 8000sqm of retail and commercial space and have 287 car parks.
A bulky goods retailer will follow in Stage 2 of the project, with expected completion targeted for the end of 2026 to early 2027.
Dixon Circuit will also be home to MountView, a new apartment block.
Works on the project are expected to begin this year and be completed within 18-24 months.
The Dixon Circuit precinct will complement Yarrabilba’s major retail project, Yarrabilba Town Centre.
Master planning for the centre was complete as of April 2026 and early works are happening in the area including new road connections and site preparations.
“Construction timelines will be confirmed once planning approvals are in place and the necessary commercial and delivery conditions are met,” Mr Erzetich said.
The town centre aims to not only provide for Yarrabilba residents, but attract those living in nearby suburbs to the centre since it will be quite large.
