2. One winner will be drawn randomly using a digital randomiser.

3. Entry is open to persons over 18 years of age and Queensland residents only. Only one membership per person is permitted. All duplicate memberships to Logan Rewards will be removed prior to the prize draw.

4. There will be three ways to register an entry into the promotion:

4a. Any individual who registers an account with Logan Rewards, either via the website www.loganrewards.au registration page, or via the registration page on the Logan Rewards app available on the Google Play or Apple Store, will be registered as a single entry in the draw.

4b. Any individual who tags a friend on Facebook will be entitled to one additional entry on the following grounds: The person making the referral must have an active account with Logan Rewards. Logan Rewards is free to join. Additionally, the person who is being referred (or tagged) must also register an account with Logan Rewards. Both participants must have active accounts to be eligible. The referral (the person who has been tagged) will automatically receive an entry in the competition when they register an account. There is no limit to the number of referrals, however if the promoter determines that any person has been contacting people outside their personal list of “friends” or “contacts” (someone who has willingly accepted a friend request), it will be deemed as spam and entries will be void.

4c. Additional entries will be awarded to the owner of any Logan Rewards account each time Points are issued. An entry will be recorded for each individual transaction that is approved and recorded by Logan Rewards merchants into an active Logan Rewards account.

5. Promotion commences on Monday, June 3, and closes at 9am Wednesday July 31, 2024. Promotion will be via www.loganrewards.au, www.mycitylogan.com.au MyCity Logan printed edition, and social channels managed by MyCity Media and MyCity Rewards Pty Ltd.

6. There is (1) one prize to be won for the duration of the competition. The draw will take place at 5pm, Thursday August 1, 2024. The winner will be notified by email and/or text. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Prize Details are as follows:

Minimum total prize value: $1000.

9. The above prize includes GST. This prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

11. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. Travel voucher conditions specific to Helloworld Travel Rochedale Shopping Centre may apply. Offer subject to availability. Agents may charge service fees, rates vary. Payments by credit card will incur a surcharge. Prize is to the value of $1000 and any fare differences are at the cost of the prize winner. Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prize must be redeemed prior to 31 December 2024.
