Logan levels up net speed

Logan internet users will access the same upload speeds as inner-city Brisbane under a new plan by Queensland Capacity Network to lay fibre optic cable on top of the SuperGrid transmission lines.

With the potential to support access to nearly 20,000 kilometres of fibre and create one of the largest regional fibre networks in Australia, regional areas will be able to connect to the internet at the same speed and cost as inner capital cities.

Since 2020, QCN has worked to utilise 13,000 kilometres of government-owned fibre networks to provide a twelve-fold increase in internet capacity across Queensland.
