I’ve always loved baking and being creative. Custom designing cakes has been a perfect way for me to do both.

I started doing this nine years ago when my eldest son was born. He developed an egg allergy before his first birthday. I wanted to be sure there were no traces of egg in his cakes and I also wanted him to have beautiful centerpieces at his parties.

So I began researching, collecting tools, and teaching myself how to master certain techniques.

After my second son was born and Covid changed everything, I realised I wanted to create more.

With the help of other bakers in my area to guide me, I got my Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, set up my ABN, business systems and registered my kitchen with Logan Council.

I am always so humbled to be asked to provide the centrepiece for your events. I know the significance of these occasions and I am forever grateful to able to contribute to your special moments.

Since opening last year, I’ve been overwhelmed by the support from my local community and have some of the best customers around so if I can give back in anyway I jump at the chance.
