The Amputees and Families Support Group Qld recently held a Christmas in July luncheon which organisers said was “amazing, and always value for money”.
Guests arrived to appetisers which included delicious hot foods, dips and crackers followed by a succulent lunch of chicken, ham and pork, roasted veggies, gravy and a bread roll served by To Dine For caterers.Â
Afterwards, guests enjoyed dessert which was either plum pudding and custard or a pavlova served with seasonal fruit.
There were some special guests, including local politicians.
“The friendly staff and volunteers always make this a wonderful day,” organisers said.
