Boots, beers and big voices will take over Distillery Road Market next January when the venue hosts its first-ever “Countrified” festival — a free, all-ages celebration of modern country
The event, scheduled for 10 January 2026 will be the final instalment in the Eagleby venue’s new annual community music series.
A line-up of national and local artists is scheduled to perform, starting with Brisbane’s Tate Cole, followed by Claudia Tripp and Chelsea Berman, who are traveling from interstate to join the show.
First Nations country artist Loren Ryan will bring her blend of storytelling and traditional language to the stage, while Bella Mackenzie, who grew up in regional Australia, will perform as she enters what organisers called “a new era” of her country-pop career.
Headlining the event is Josh Setterfield, who has been described as “one of the hardest-working entertainers in country music today” and known for his “high-energy performances”.
The festival will run from 3-8.10pm at DRMt’s live music precinct, with food and drinks available from local vendors and Perentie Brewing Co.
DRM said the family-friendly event aims to provide “a safe and welcoming space for everyone to come together and enjoy live music” as part of its commitment to accessible, community-focused entertainment.
Entry is free and open to all ages.
