A 66-year-old man was left with life-threatening injuries following an alleged hit-and-run early this morning, 4 September, in Cedar Vale, police said.
The man injured, a roadworker, was allegedly hit near Cedar Grove Road by a white Toyota Camry travelling on the Mount Lindesay Highway just after midnight.
The Camry driver fled the scene, police allege. The man remains in hospital.
Police are appealing to the public for dash cam footage relevant to their investigations. Police urge anyone who may have information about this incident to contact them.
