The Creative Kids Market is just around the corner and excitement is building across the community.
More than 40 talented young entrepreneurs will be showcasing their stalls at this special Mother’s Day Market. Behind the scenes, these children have been working with dedication and creativity to produce a wide range of handmade goods, each item reflecting their effort and imagination.
This event is an opportunity for the community to come together in support of its youngest business minds. Every purchase not only supports their small ventures but also builds confidence and encourages their growth.
The Creative Kids Market is more than just a place to shop. It is a vibrant community space where children take the lead, manage their own stalls and gain valuable real world business experience in a supportive environment.
A highlight of the event is the return of Market Money. Selected shoppers will receive Market Money to spend at the children’s stalls, which the young stallholders can later exchange for real money. This initiative adds an extra layer of fun while reinforcing important financial concepts.
The market will be held at Yarrabilba State Secondary College Hall on Basalt Drive, Yarrabilba, opposite Cafe 63, from 2pm-4pm on Saturday, 2 May. As an indoor event, it will go ahead regardless of the weather.
Community members are encouraged to attend, support local young talent, and find something meaningful for Mother’s Day while contributing to a positive and inspiring local event.
