ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I.
At dawn on 25 April 1915, ANZAC troops landed at Gallipoli, starting a legacy that would live long after them.
Steeped in tradition, the Dawn Service is a poignant ceremony featuring the laying of wreaths, sounding of the Last Post and observance of a minute’s silence.

Dawn service: 5.30am, corner Wembley Road and Jacaranda Avenue.
March: 8.30am from the Logan Central Plaza carpark, along Wembley Road to the Logan District Ex-Service Memorial Gardens.

March assembly: 7.15am, Logan East Community Neighbourhood Centre, 55 Cinderella Drive, Springwood.
March: 7.45am, commences from the neighbourhood centre along Cinderella Drive and enters Springwood Park from the southern entrance.
