Homeowner Tim Fitz-Gibbon has spent his entire life living at Rochedale South and says Circle Court is quiet, central and among the best locations.
“I think this is definitely one of the best streets in the suburb,” Mr Fitz-Gibbon said.
Mr Fitz-Gibbon is currently selling 7 Circle Court, with help from his mother Kim Fitz-Gibbon.
He bought the home in 2016 and said it was close to all the main roads while remaining tucked away enough to avoid noise from highways and trains.
Inside, the property layout is a key feature.
Most of the home’s living spaces are positioned across one level, including the kitchen, lounge, sunroom and bathrooms, all with direct access to the outdoor areas.
“All the living area is really on one level,” Mr Fitz-Gibbon said.
“That whole ground level, the whole family can be anywhere.”
He said the kitchen acted as a central hub, with a bench-style layout that kept it visually and physically connected to surrounding living zones.
Mr Fitz-Gibbon said the home’s design centred on connection, with indoor and outdoor spaces flowing together to create a sense of openness.

A separate rumpus room downstairs and a main bedroom upstairs provide additional space and flexibility.
Mr Fitz-Gibbon said the design was particularly suited to larger households, with open-plan living areas that allowed people to gather while still having room to spread out.
“It would absolutely suit lots of people,” Mr Fitz-Gibbon said.
Mr Fitz-Gibbon added the scale of the property meant it could easily accommodate a range of living arrangements.
Structural features also set the home apart.
The house has a full steel frame, uncommon at the time it was built in the late 1990s, along with high ceilings throughout and large front windows that bring in natural light.
Updates include a replacement roof installed after purchase, improving both durability and appearance.
