Like tuna in your pie?
Banjos Bakery at Park Ridge is shaking things up a bit with its tuna mornay version of its specialty pie range.
The promo material tells it like this: “This specialty pie is the perfect alternative for tuna and pie-lovers alike, with a great source of essential nutrients such as Omega-3 fatty acids, high quality protein, selenium and Vitamin D.”
It’s got flaky tuna, sweet corn, onion, creamy white sauce, topped with mashed potato and encased in crispy pastry.
There’s also a party pie version.
