Teviot Road intersection lights up

The intersection of Teviot Road and Cusack Lane has received a safety upgrade with the installation of new traffic lights.

The traffic light installation aims to reduce the risk of accidents and improve safety for drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists at a crash ‘hot spot’.

The project also included enhancements such as additional lighting to increase visibility during low-light conditions, as well as dividing medians to protect vehicles in turning lanes.

Pedestrian crossings and bicycle lanes have also been added along Teviot Road.
