Residents can learn more about dementia and building a supportive community at Beenleigh Library on Saturday 17 October.
Logan Dementia Alliance will lead the session from 10am to 11.30am at the library on Crete Street.
The adult workshop will raise awareness and introduce ways participants can take steps towards becoming a Dementia Friend.
It aims to encourage a more informed and inclusive community for people living with dementia.
Bookings are required and can be made online, in person or by calling 2899 7300.
