See it all from Mount Warren Park

Hilltop views, a bit of bush, and plenty of privacy is making Mount Warren Park more attractive month by month, says EResidential estate agent Robby Christanto.

“The volume [of buyers in Mount Warren Park] is rising compared to last year or even last month,” Mr Christanto said.

“The suburb has been growing consistently over the years and I think people are moving to the area because of the location.

“It’s fairly close to the M1, to Brisbane, the Gold Coast and close to amenities. It’s a great location.”

Mr Christanto is currently selling 26 Lenna Court in Mount Warren Park, a property surrounded by bushland and hilltop views.

The interior, featuring three living areas and a study on top of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, has been fully renovated in the past year.

This means the new owners won’t have to change a thing before moving in day, Mr Christanto said.

“They’ll just move in without having to do anything to their home. That would be the best buyer for this property.”

A bushland reserve over the back fence adds to the block’s roomy feeling and already high privacy rating, he said.

“It offers privacy with the bushland setting so it would be a suitable home for someone who likes privacy and a view.”

The reserve is protected so any new outward builds would have to undergo council approvals.

“A buyer looking for those three main things: privacy, views and a move-in ready property.”
