THE founder of Pet Pamper Shed, Jessica Trenear, had worked as a veterinary nurse for almost 10 years when she decided it was time for a change.
In 2018 she entered the world of professional pet grooming, and now works in a team of four.
Each member brings their own passion to the salon, some of which include behaviour, coat, skin and inner health.
“This makes us a wealth of knowledge for our community,” Ms Trenear said.
“What sets our salon apart is our commitment to excellence and innovation in pet care.
“We pride ourselves on offering top-notch services such as ozone skin therapy from Iv San Bernard and stocking the premium single protein diet Prime100, ensuring the utmost care for beloved pets.”
The business prides itself on customer satisfaction, which is evident in user-friendly online software, which sends automated reminders for pet owners’ convenience.
With experienced senior groomers specialising in both cats and dogs, the salon guarantees a grooming experience that exceeds expectations.
“Our groomers undergo continuous training and education, staying updated with the latest industry trends to provide the best care possible all while sending pets home looking adorable and fresh,” Ms Trenear said.
“Not only have we received recognition through competitive grooming awards, but we also prioritise sustainability by striving to be eco-friendly. When the community choose us, they are not only selecting a grooming service but a partner in pet care.
