My complaint is with the Logan City Council Animal Management.
I am a dog lover of over 60 years.
Our neighbour has a property of 650 square metres. The owner has three adult dogs.
Over the past six months, they have had two lots of young pups.
The council permits her to have these pups on the property for three months at a time.
During this time, the adult dogs bark from 7am until 11pm. With the pups, they cry throughout the day.
The dogs and the pups are kept near the fence. That is directly outside our lounge room window.
When I complain to council, all I get from council: “She is compliant”.
They show no support for the affected neighbours. They protect the dog owners who do whatever they wish.
