A person is in police custody after multiple cars were hit outside Beenleigh courthouse.
According to police, a Toyota Kluger was involved in “several collisions” on James Street at about 9.50am today (18 December) before leaving the area.
It is understood 10 cars were impacted.
Local officers say they found the car a short time later on Kent Street after it had come to a stop, and the driver was taken into custody.
“No serious injuries have been reported,” a police spokesperson said.
“Investigations are continuing.”
