A man was this morning (December 7) shot in the hand by police after he produced a firearm at Flagstone.
Police allege the man had threatened to harm other people he knew, and police were searching for him.
They found him around 11.20am when he allegedly produced a firearm “at police”.
The man was taken to hospital under police guard.
The Ethical Standards Command will investigate the incident.
