A Logan Village man, aged 47, has died after his motorcycle crashed at Waterford this morning.
Police said they were now investigating the single-vehicle crash.
“Initial investigations indicate that around 10am, the motorbike rider was travelling on Waterford Tamborine Road when it left the road,” a police statement said.
A 47-year-old male rider from Logan Village was treated by paramedics, but died at the scene.
“The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the incident and is appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash or may have relevant dashcam footage to come forward,” police said.
“No further information is available at this time.”
