Streets in Park Ridge, Cornubia, Carbrook, and more are among the most expensive to live on in the City of Logan, according to data released by RayWhite.
Park Ridge’s Belvedere Drive, which has a median house value of $2 million, measured across seven house sales, took first place and is the most expensive street in Logan.
In the same suburb, Talinga Drive ranked third with a median house value of $1.975 million. Six houses have been sold on the street.
In second place, Cornubia’s West Coorang Road, costing $1.997 million, the median price from eight house sales, and in Carbrook, Teviot Road ranked fourth, costing $1.950 million, from five house sales.
Streets in Rochedale South, Logan Reserve, and Greenbank also made the top ten, but Carbrook’s Stern Road clenched the 10th most expensive spot, valued at $1.682 million.
From the same Raywhite data set, Carbrook ranked first in the most expensive suburb in which to buy a property in Logan, with a house price median of $1.765 million. Cornubia ($1.030 million) ranked second, and Rochedale South ($925,000) ranked third.
On the other end of the spectrum, streets in Flagstone, Logan Central, Eagleby, and Beenleigh were among the most affordable in Logan.
Flagstone’s Mortimer Drive was the most affordable in Logan, with a median house price of $470,000, based on the sale of seven properties in the street.
In Logan Central, Wellbeck Street recorded a median price of $488,000 across five sales. In Eagleby, Diamond Drive ($489,000) and Orchid Drive ($504,000) were the third and fourth-most-affordable streets in Logan.
From the same Raywhite data set, Logan Central was the most affordable suburb in which to buy a property, at $620,000. Eagleby ($650,000) ranked second, and Beenleigh ($667,500) ranked third.
