I have lived in Logan for 48 years, and a responsibility dog owner.
Normally cats only wander at night. But lately, they are out freely wandering 24 hours.
Yesterday, there were six cats in broad daylight walking freely through my yard.
My question is: What is the Logan council doing about irresponsible cat owners. Dog owners pay registration fees. Â I have for 48 years.
