A 41-year-old Hillcrest woman was injured in a serious two-vehicle crash at a Drewvale intersection on 16 March.
“A red Ford Falcon sedan and a Toyota RAV4 collided at the intersection of Beaudesert Road and Illaweena Street shortly before 6am,” a police statement said.
The 20-year-old Rocklea man driving the Ford Falcon sustained life-threatening injuries, while the Hillcrest woman, who was the sole occupant of the RAV4, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Both were taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment.
Police are appealing for public assistance, including witnesses or dashcam footage of the Ford Falcon before the crash.
Investigators believe it was travelling southbound on Beaudesert Road before the collision.
