Got ideas to combat local crime?

Got any ideas you think would help reduce crime in the Logan region? Now’s the time to let loose.

Logan City Council does a check in with the community every year to develop a safety and crime prevention program, and they want our help.

There is a survey on the Council website, and it closes September 13.

City Lifestyle Committee Chairperson, Councillor Laurie Koranski, said understanding community concerns was vital in developing public safety strategies.

“As part of the survey, we will be keen to understand community sentiment on Council’s various safety programs,” Cr Koranski said.

“The survey will also seek feedback from residents on how safe they feel in various places in the City of Logan, as well as their suggestions on how to improve the safety of those public areas.

“I encourage everyone to take part and to help us form a good understanding of the safety requirements of our Logan community.”

Participants must be aged 12 years or over.
