The Healthy Ageing Hub endeavour to empower older people as they navigate their health and wellbeing.
Whether it is fear, confusion or anger, the Healthy Ageing Hub team will help you manage your health psychology.
Topics will range from diabetes and dementia to scam prevention and carer information.
This event will run every week until 30 June 2023.
Morning tea is included.
