Selecting a high school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent.
Great teachers and leadership inspire great learning, and at Flagstone State Community College (FSCC), the school works hard with students and families to gain great results.
Academically, students are well prepared for university.
The college excels in Vocational Educational Training (VET) pathways, including Apprenticeships, Traineeships, and nationally recognised VET Certificates, most of which are conducted on campus at the college’s Trade Training Centre.
FSCC’s Performing Arts programs present high quality dance, drama and music performances in first-rate theatre, dance and multimedia facilities.
The Sports Performances Centre provides students with many sporting opportunities, ranging from netball, basketball, athletics, AFL, NRL and Oztag to name a few.
Most of the available sports offer the opportunity to progress to representative levels.

FSCC’s most recent sporting accomplishment was in March.
A Year 10 student was signed to Elevate Sports Management, a leading professional sports agency, which has led to him becoming part of the NRL Melbourne Storm Development Squad.
FSCC’s Wellbeing and Positive Behaviour Learning programs are designed to engage students in learning and optimise resilience, encourage understanding and empathy and develop real world emotional development skills.
“Our Student Executive Committee’s commitment to our school, our students, and our community is remarkable and admirable,” a school spokesperson said.
