Police are searching for the driver of a ute who was almost the victim of an alleged attempted carjacking.
According to the Queensland Police Service, it all began at around 2.30pm on 18 September when police saw a stolen, dark grey Subaru Forestor in the Browns Plains area.

The man has been charged with three counts of possessing dangerous drugs over schedule, two counts of possessing dangerous drugs, and one count each of obstruct police officer, dangerous operation of a vehicle and possession of property suspected of being the proceeds of an offence under Drugs Misuse Act.
He was denied bail and is due to reappear at Beenleigh Magistrates Court on October 17.
