Community rallies for Anzac display

A community callout for help has led to a display which is set to brighten up Anzac Day services at Memorial Gardens.
The Greenbank RSL men’s shed built a Lest We Forget sign to go on display, but they needed poppies to fill it.
Mission Possible kicked in with 150 poppies, and Queen Beez from Logan East Community Centre donated another 150.
Marsden Library helped with a donation and the job has been finished in time for the service on Sunday.
The man behind the display Mic Noble said Woodridge scouts would help set up the display.
He’s also set up a display in conjunction with Logan City Historical Museum at the Logan Central Library.
