Children hurt in multi-vehicle crash

A THREE-car crash at Daisy Hill last Friday night saw two children, a girl aged 4 and boy aged 6, and adults aged 25 and 26, taken to hospital.

Drivers of two other cars involved in the accident, both aged 17, were not seriously hurt.

Police are looking for witnesses to the accident which happened around 9.15pm on the Pacific Highway.

Preliminary information indicates a black Nissan Navara, grey Mazda 3 and a black older model Lexus were travelling northbound on the Pacific Highway when they collided around 9.15pm, causing the Navara to roll.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash or have dashcam of the vehicles prior to the collision to come forward. Investigators are also requesting any information regarding other possible vehicles that may have been involved in the leadup to the crash.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
