Bali vibes, Windaroo style

Experience a taste of Bali right here in Logan with 18 Lake Breeze Drive, Windaroo.

The house exudes the serene Bali “vibe”, according to sales agent Ryan Murphy, with a tropical style pool area, a Bali hut and plenty of room to relax.

And it’s not just this particular property offering a quiet lifestyle.

Mr Murphy said the entire suburb had “pockets of serenity”.

He said 18 Lake Breeze Drive was a large home with five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

“It’s spacious with a Bali-style feel to it,” he said.

“It’s the open-plan aspect of the home that creates that feel, plus it’s pretty quiet in a nice, gated complex.

“You’ve got the Bali hut out the back, the greenery around the home, and it’s very quiet and private.”

The home is located at the rear of the gated Lakes Entrance estate.

Mr Murphy said while the house itself was similar to most others in the estate, there was one key difference to the property.

“This one backs onto the golf course, which is a rare feature,” he said.

“The other homes in this complex are either at the start, where you have a road behind you, or you’re in the guts of the complex with a really residential feel.

“This house is at the end, so you’ve got no rear neighbours.”

The rear of the block backs onto the third hole of the Windaroo Lakes golf course.

“It’s pretty cool,” Mr Murphy said.

“So, if you love golf, you can people watch all day.”

Mr Murphy said 18 Lake Breeze Drive would suit a broad market.

“A young family would really love this place, obviously because it’s just a nice home,” he said.

“But you could say the same about a retiree.

If you’re one of those retirees who loves the quiet, wants a little bit of space and loves golf, then this is perfect.”

He said the suburb as a whole is comprised mostly of owner-occupiers.

“It is one of those really good suburbs where a lot of residents have lived there for a long time… you’re not flooded with tenants,” he said.

“It’s a good suburb in terms of feel, because it’s not being chopped up.

“As much as those things could be good for an area, if you’re looking for that serenity property, where it’s quiet and you’re by yourself, Windaroo has got it.”
