Police have charged a 26-year-old man with 10 offences following investigations into multiple fires that were allegedly lit at Edens Landing.
The charges involve a break in at Grove Road on 3 September and five vehicles set alight in the adjoining Holliday Drive.
Detectives located and arrested the Beenleigh man on September 21.
He has been charged with four counts of arson, three counts of endanger property by fire, and one count each of attempted arson, attempted enter dwelling and unlicensed driving.
