A Cornubia relative of the ‘skyscraper’

Cornubia property 11 Torrelliana Court is literally a high-end property.

The home is four storeys tall, towering over neighbours and drawing in unmatched and uninterrupted views of the surrounding areas.

It’s paradise for those who love to host or entertain guests often. Multiple living rooms, dining, and rumpus rooms across three floors provide variety, choice, and separation.

Families with teenage or older children would suit the home due to the living space capacity, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms, Harcourts estate agent Jill Carter said.

“We’re anticipating it will be either a couple or a family that love entertaining and maybe have teenagers,” she said.

“The levels provide a good separation.”

Ms Carter said the home was a “one-off” high-end property in the suburb.

“This house is a bit of a one-off.

“High-end properties in this location are very, very rare.”

Designed and built in 1994, internal renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms were done between 2018 and 2025.

“It’s all relatively new, and it’s all quality design,” Ms Carter said.

Balconies on all four levels flaunt breathtaking views of Mount Tambourine, neighbouring bushland, and the lights of nearby cities, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

“On the very top floor, you can see just the tops of the buildings in the city as well. So, you know, it’s got a stunning view,” Ms Carter said.

“I haven’t been in a house in Cornubia that’s got as good a view as this one does.

“You’ve got views to Tambourine and out towards Toowoomba. You can see  towards the Gold Coast as well.”

Living high above ground floor level offers privacy that is hard to find in other properties.

“You’ve got privacy because you’re at the top, whilst you’ve got houses surrounding you, they’re quite a way below,” Ms Carter said.

“You don’t have anyone looking in on you in any aspect of the property, and the back overlooks native trees and bushland.

“You really feel like you’re at the very top.”

The current owners are looking for their next adventure and a change of scene as their teenage children grow into adulthood.

Ms Carter said it was unusual for a property of this calibre to be up for sale.

“I’ve been selling in the area for quite some years, and it is very unusual to have four levels.”
