New signage to make big impact

The complete redesign of Springwood Mall’s Eastern entry near Ray White Springwood is underway as a major
part of the $16m redevelopment, resulting in temporary changes to the way customers enter the centre.

Soon Kitchen, ISPA Kebabs and all retailers near the entry including Target remain open and trading, but are only
accessible via the centre’s interior while the Eastern entry is closed for a few weeks.

Ray White Springwood continues to trade and be accessible via the external ramp.

Featuring a distinctive obelisk and better accessibility to the centre’s internal retailers and future dining precinct,
the major build of the Eastern entry will reflect the fresh new look being created for the front of Springwood Mall.

Marketing manager Donna O’Neill said the new hero signage for the entries and dining precinct was currently being
manufactured.

Along with the new structures being built and landscape planned, signage would totally change the centre’s facade as customers drove into the greatly-expanded car park on completion.

“We have a big construction team onsite to undertake the current Eastern entry build and other key construction
zones, and we are excited to see the new-look Springwood Mall emerge from the old one,” Ms O’Neill said.

“Extensive directional signage is now in place to help customers navigate their way around the centre as this critical
work is undertaken.”

Woolworths, Target and all stores continue to trade as normal while the redevelopment work continues.
