The new state of the art PCYC in Slack Creek is inching closer to the community’s grasp with only the official handover to come before doors open.
The Cronulla Park centre boasts Logan’s biggest gymnastics hall and a slick look that was supposed to welcome its first guests in June, but COVID-19 restrictions had that date pushed back.
PCYC Logan is waiting on council to officially handover the keys now that construction is done.
It will be home to gymnastics, a 24-hour fitness centre with a functional training zone, a boxing room and ring, multipurpose rooms for youth programs and community activities, as well as outside school care for 105 children.
