An 80-year-old man has died in hospital nearly four weeks after a single-car crash at Cornubia.
Police said the Cypress Gardens man was driving a silver Toyota Camry about 12.50pm on September 23 when he lost control and crashed into a ditch.
The man, who was the sole occupant of the car, was taken to hospital in a stable condition.
He died from his injuries on October 19.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash and is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant dashcam footage to contact police.
Investigations are ongoing.
