Residents at Ingenia Lifestyle Bethania are looking forward to living their best retirement years with the opening of a brand new $3 million clubhouse. The second clubhouse for the Bethania community.
Ingenia Communities Justin Blumfield General Manager Residential said he was excited to open the newest clubhouse which has been specifically designed to complement the existing amenities.
“The clubhouse is an integral part of the communities we build and set a benchmark for retirement living – it’s a key reason our residents love living at Ingenia Lifestyle Bethania,” Mr Blumfield said.
“While there is already a clubhouse here at Bethania, the new space offers an expanded range of facilities to help build on the strong sense of community that already exists here,” Mr Blumfield said.
The clubhouse offers residents a buzzing social space that includes a swimming pool, spa, alfresco barbeque area, lawn bowling green, hair salon, community hall, kitchen, bar, library, and media room.
Councillor Tony Hall of Logan City Council joined the community for the official opening in May.
Councillor Hall said local amenities, like the clubhouse, that could drive community connection in the City of Logan were important in creating a strong sense of belonging and to attract new people to the area as the city grows.
“It is now more important than ever that people have opportunities to come together, socialise and find themselves surrounded by good neighbours and a community that they feel connected to,” Cr Hall said.
“The concept of a ‘communal hub’ is a fantastic way to build authentic engagement among people and the clubhouse provides an opportunity to cater to the interests and needs of the many different residents who live here.”
