A newly opened frozen yoghurt shop at Underwood Central has been left damaged after a suspicious fire broke out in the early hours of Friday morning.
Security footage posted by Chill-Lux Froyo appears to show a person inside the Kingston Road shop about 4.13am on 5 June, while the centre was dark and the business was closed.
The shop had opened only about two weeks earlier, after promoting its grand opening on 22 May.
Emergency services were called a short time after the footage timestamp, about 4.20am.
The footage appears to show a person moving through the store before liquid is poured across the floor and a fire is lit.
Flames then spread through part of the shop, damaging the front area and interior fittings.
No injuries were reported.
Police were reportedly treating the fire as suspicious and investigating the incident.
Anyone with information, CCTV or dashcam footage from the area has been urged to contact police.
