A third person who police allege was involved in a weekend shooting at Slacks Creek that left a man in hospital has been charged.
Police allege the incident was targeted and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
According to the Queensland Police Service (QPS), emergency services were called to Kingston Road to reports of a street disturbance around 8.19am on Sunday 21 September.
“It will be alleged three offenders entered a Kingston Road property where they stole property and discharged a firearm,” a QPS statement read.
Police said a 35-year-old man was shot in the leg and taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Two men, a 37-year-old from Gympie and a 47-year-old from Victory Heights, were charged with offences relating to armed robbery, assault and dangerous conduct of a weapon and a vehicle.
At the time, police said an alleged female offender was missing.
Later, on 19 September, police said a 28-year-old Mothar Mountain woman had been found and charged following further investigations.
She was also charged with robbery, assault, vehicle and weapon related offences.
All matters are now before the courts.
