With timber highlights and high ceilings spanning three levels – Rochedale South’s 19 Minerva street is unlike anything else in the suburb, according to the agent selling it.
Raywhite’s Lisa Etri said the property was architecturally “unique”, with special features giving the property a rustic look and modern feel.
“This is a unique architectural style of building rather than your traditional home,” she said.
“It’s been built for that particular block to take advantage of the land position and the views.
“I think the elevation and multi-level living offer flexibility for growing families or people who work from home.”
The three-level home sits on a 946sqm block, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas indoors and another two outdoors.
Over the weekend, the Minerva Street home opened for the first round of inspections since the property last sold in 2016.
Before the first inspection, Ms Etri said she had already received an influx of inquiries from interested buyers eager to secure a home in the sought-after neighbourhood.
“At the moment, the inquiries coming through are from a mix of first home buyers as well as families,” she said.
“I think the perfect buyers would be the buyer who is going to appreciate the character of the home and enjoys the privacy, views, and the urban outlook.
Ms Etri sold the home to its current owner nearly ten years ago. Since then, internal and external renovations to the property have been done.
“I sold the property to this owner some years back; they weren’t the original owners,” Ms Etri said.
“The kitchen has been renovated, and the current owners have added the in-ground pool as well.
“It’s a privilege to sell people’s homes and be trusted with them and engaged to resell the home after you’ve sold it to them.”
