A man, 62, has been killed after his car travelled through a t-intersection, into a retaining wall Monday.
Police say the man was travelling west along Amber Crescent, Jimboomba, before the crash at the intersection of Edelsten Road.
Police have called in their Forensic Crash Unit to investigate the crash.
At about 12.35pm, police were called to the crash site, following reports of a single vehicle accident.
The driver and sole occupant of the Nissan Patrol, a 62-year-old man from Jimboomba, died at the scene.
Investigations into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
