Logan teens charged over Brisbane break-ins

Two teenagers from Logan have been charged over a number of break-ins and attempted break-ins in north Brisbane.

Police allege two white Ford Falcons were linked to the offences, which occured across multiple businesses between 13 to 16 October.

Following a tip off from a member of the public regarding the location of one of the vehicles, police attended a Park Ridge address on 17 October where they arresed a 16-year-old Kingston boy and 18-year-old Browns Plains man.

While there, police say they seized several items allegedly linked to the break-ins.

“The Kingston teen has been charged with 18 counts of enter premises with intent/commit, two counts of receiving tainted property obtained by way of a crime, and one count of fraud,” police said in a statement.

“The Browns Plains man was charged with 14 counts of enter premises with intent/commit and is expected to appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court today, October 18.”

Investigations into the incidents remain ongoing, and police ask anyone with information to come forward.
