Police appeal as rider, 27, injured in Greenbank crash

Springwood police are appealing for information following a motorcycle crash in Greenbank on Friday (20 September).

A dark grey Yamaha MT09 motorcycle was travelling south on Middle Road, according to police, when it crashed near the Andrew Road roundabout.

The rider, a 27-year-old North Maclean man, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

“Investigators are appealing to any witnesses or anyone who has dashcam vision of the motorcycle, particularly leading up to the crash, to come forward,” police said in a statement.

Forensic Crash Unit investigations remain ongoing.
