A group of people that allegedly broke into a business armed with knives could be linked to a string of robberies across Logan.
Police allege the group broke into a Calamvale business at around 4.30am this morning and “threatened a man”.
“The group left after stealing personal items and a silver Honda Jazz,” a statement read.
Shortly afterwards, a group of offenders allegedly attended three separate service stations at Middle Road in Hillcrest, and Green Road and Chambers Flat Road in Park Ridge between 4.40am and 5.05am.
“Some of the offenders were reportedly in possession of knives and threatened staff,” police said.
No one was injured during any of the incidents.
A business on Mount Warren Boulevard in Mount Warren Park was also allegedly broken into by a group just minutes later, at around 5.10am.
Police said they are investigating the links between the offences, and believe up to four stolen cars could be involved.
“… including a white Holden Captiva, black Ford Ranger, a grey Audi, and the silver Honda Jazz that was stolen earlier that night,” the statement read.
Anyone with information that could assist police investigations is urged to contact police.
