Jimboomba police get market stall

Jimboomba police will be attending the Jimboomba Country Markets this Saturday 17 June to educate locals on home safety.
Police will be at the market, held at Jimboomba State School from 7am to 12pm, handing out brochures with information about home and vehicle safety, and firearm safe secruity.
They will also be handing out assessment guides so locals can conduct home assessments to help prevent property crime and ensure safety.
They will be joined by a mobile police-beat so residents can discuss any other inquiries or concerns they may have.

A police spokesperson said police wanted locals to take this opportunity to “ask police any questions you may have and help make our community safer”.

Jimboomba Markets are held 3rd Saturday of each month.
