Kingston East Neighbourhood Group host an occasional childcare service on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of every week, from 8:30am to 1pm.
The childcare service is for those who: need care in an emergency; require time for volunteer work, shopping or sport; have appointments or meetings; or are hoping to place their child in an engaging, social and educational environment.
Childcare hours are flexible to meet needs of parents and children.
Children will receive an educational program based on children’s interests and needs, run by staff trained in specialised early childhood development.
People who are already enrolled in a Kingston East Neighbourhood Group course are eligible to receive free care.
For those who do not already attend a course, the price is $6.50 per hour (for a minimum of two hours) or a full day rate of $29 per child.
The service is held at 177 Meakin Road, Slacks Creek.
