An 18-year-old man was Tuesday night being treated in a serious condition after being stabbed at Yarrabilba.
Police said detectives from the child protection and investigation unit had been sent in to investigate the case.
They were called to Bernard Court around 10.30pm after the incident had occurred.
The man was treated at the scene for multiple stab wounds.
He was taken to hospital in a serious condition.
Investigations are continuing.
